Warranty Coverage
Adventure 4x4 Works offers a 6-month limited warranty on all products purchased through our official store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects identified before installation and provides paid repair services for failures occurring under normal use after installation.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship discovered before installation.
- Malfunctions occurring under normal usage within the warranty period after installation (paid repair service applies).
- Products damaged during delivery (if reported within 14 days of receipt).
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation or use.
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or misused.
- Accidental damage, including but not limited to drops, impacts, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Claim Process

- Provide Evidence: Include photos or videos of the product defect to help expedite the process.
- Claim Review: Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it within 3-5 business days and provide further instructions.

- For failures occurring after installation, we offer professional paid repair services.
Important Notes
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
- Shipping costs for warranty claims may apply unless the defect is deemed to be our responsibility.
- Adventure 4x4 Works reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the outlined conditions.
